Statutory Audit Services
An audit in a free zone in the UAE is a review and examination of a company’s financial records and statements to ensure they comply with the accounting standards and regulations set by the free zone authority. The audit is typically conducted by an approved auditor or audit firm by the Free Zone authority in UAE, and the purpose is to provide assurance to the stakeholders that the financial statements are accurate and reliable.
Companies that are registered in the free zones and own a free zone trade license are required to submit an audited annual financial statement for free zone trade license renewal. Companies in the free zone can choose their own financial year as per their requirement. But that chosen financial year should commence from the date of incorporation and must not be less than 6 months and no more than 18 months.

Off site Bookkeeping

Our team will manage all your best bookkeeping services & processes, prepare your accounts and hand them back to you. This is a simple way to outsource your bookkeeping and you can send us your records via a cloud-based facility such as Dropbox. e-mail, whatsapp or post.
On site Bookkeeping
Wherever you are in the world, we can provide your business with one of our own qualified bookkeepers. They can either work with you on a regular or occasional basis to handle your bookkeeping requirements. All you need to provide is the workspace and paperwork storage, software and other resources. This is an ideal solution for the larger organization.
Off site & On site Bookkeeping
You may find a combination of on and offsite bookkeeping services works best for your business. For example, you may need to discuss your needs or get updates by way of regular meetings with a bookkeeper yet leave the work itself to be done offsite using specialist software. We can configure a combined on and offsite bookkeeping service around your specific needs.
